Transform simple ingredients into extraordinary couture creations in this immersive cake design experience. Young bakers will discover the magic of turning basic batters into beautiful layered cakes while developing their own signature style. Students learn the secrets of silky buttercreams, flawless finishes, and show-stopping decorative elements. They'll master professional piping techniques, create custom colors, craft elegant textures, and design unique embellishments. From watercolor effects to metallic accents, hand-painted details to sculptured flowers - this hands-on program gives students the skills to bring their most creative cake visions to life. By week's end, our young designers will have the confidence and technique to transform their cake dreams into couture reality.

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather cancels your course. *All sales are final. If you can not make class, you are welcome to send someone to attend in your place.
