Sicily is where Mediterranean flavors meet bold, rustic traditions—and this hands-on class will take kids on a journey through its most iconic street foods and classic dishes. 🍋 Arancini (Stuffed Rice Balls) – Golden-fried risotto balls stuffed with gooey cheese and served warm. 🍆 Pasta alla Norma – A traditional Sicilian handmade pasta with roasted eggplant, tomatoes, basil, and ricotta salata. 🍧 Lemon Granita – A refreshing, icy citrus dessert that’s a staple on hot Sicilian days. From rolling and shaping crispy arancini to learning how eggplant transforms into something rich and delicious, to making pasta from scratch, kids will cook their way through the heart of Sicily—all while mastering essential Italian cooking techniques.
