Step into the vibrant streets of Southern Vietnam and experience the flavors, textures, and traditions of this dynamic cuisine. In this hands-on kids cooking class, kids will explore the balance of sweet, sour, salty, and umami while learning to prepare four authentic dishes from the Saigon region: 🥢 Bánh Xèo (Crispy Rice Pancakes) – A sizzling, lacy, turmeric-infused pancake, filled with fresh veggies and served with a classic dipping sauce. 🥢 Nước Chấm (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce) – The essential sweet, sour, and salty sauce that brings everything together. 🥗 Gỏi Gà (Vietnamese Chicken & Herb Salad) – A bright, crunchy salad packed with fresh herbs, lime, and shredded chicken. 🥥 Chè Chuối (Coconut Banana Tapioca Dessert) – A creamy, warm coconut-based pudding with banana and tapioca pearls. Throughout the class, kids will cook and taste their way through traditional cooking techniques, learning about Vietnamese food culture while creating a full meal from scratch.

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather cancels your course. *All sales are final. If you can not make class, you are welcome to send someone to attend in your place. Please email us @ hello@gatherculinary.com to let us know who will attend in your place. *Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up.
