Service Description

You know that perfect pie you’ve been meaning to learn to make - the one you love to bring to Thanksgiving or a friend’s dinner party? This is that class. We’ll conquer pie crust from scratch - no fear, just technique. Learn to roll it out without frustration and master two beloved holiday classics: spiced apple and silky pumpkin. You’ll leave with the confidence to make pie whenever the mood strikes, and two delicious, gorgeous pies to show for it. Plus, I’ll share all my farm girl tricks for getting that golden, flaky crust every single time. Can’t join live? No problem - the class will be recorded on Zoom, and all registered participants will receive the replay link afterward.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at hello@gatherculinary.com with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
