Service Description
Bridging Continents on a Plate Explore the crossroads of Europe and Asia through Turkey's incredible cuisine, where every dish tells a story of cultural exchange. Kids will roll and stuff golden Gözleme (stuffed flatbreads) with cheese and spinach, create cooling Cacık (yogurt cucumber dip) with fresh herbs, and make creamy Turkish rice pudding (Sütlaç) that's been comforting families for centuries. Children will master the art of rolling dough tissue-thin, learn about Turkey's legendary hospitality, and discover how this country's unique geography created a cuisine that bridges continents and cultures.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
