What is A Year of Nourishment
A year-long framework with a different nourishment theme each month - everything from Rest to Creativity to Movement to Connection. Each month gives you practical ways to take care of yourself across all dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
Here's how it works:

Monthly live Zoom session (beginning of each month, ~1 hour) where I introduce the theme, offer prompts, and create space for discussion

Weekly prompts delivered to you

Optional monthly book club - I recommend a book related to the theme and we meet on Zoom at the end of the month to discuss.
