A Year of Nourishment
For Organizations, Schools &
Membership Communities
What is A Year of Nourishment
A year-long framework with a different nourishment theme each month - everything from Rest to Creativity to Movement to Connection. Each month gives your team or community practical ways to take care of themselves across all dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
Designed for:
Corporate wellness programs
Women's health organizations
Educational institutions (faculty & staff wellness)
Membership communities

Organizations can start at any time and commit to a full year, a single quarter (3 months), or a custom timeframe that works for your community.
Here's How It Works
-
Monthly live Zoom session (beginning of each month, ~1 hour) where I introduce the theme, offer prompts, and create space for discussion
-
Weekly prompts delivered to your community
-
Optional monthly book club - I recommend a book related to the theme, and participants meet on Zoom at the end of the month to discuss
-
Community throughout - lighter, connective touchpoints
The 12 monthly themes:
-
January: Rest
-
February: Ritual/Routine
-
March: Reflection/Awareness
-
April: Nature/Environment
-
May: Mindfulness
-
June: Play/Joy
-
July: Sensory Experience
-
August: Creativity
-
September: Learning/Curiosity
-
October: Movement
-
November: Food/Eating
-
December: Connection/Community
Why This Works
People are dealing with burnout, overwhelm, and disconnection. They don't need more productivity hacks or clinical wellness programs. They need nourishment - practices that feel human, accessible, and sustainable - and that are accessible at work and also these practices carry over to take home and use day to day.
This program creates community and gives people something meaningful to engage with each month, without adding to their workload or stress.
