Service Description

This joyful, hands-on camp invites young chefs to explore the beloved flavors and timeless traditions of Italian cooking. From rolling out handmade pasta and stretching fresh mozzarella to crafting regional sauces, gnocchi, and rustic desserts—each dish becomes a lesson in skill, story, and culture. We’ll chop, stir, taste, and gather around the table—just like family. Warning: Your child may come home with strong opinions about olive oil.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
