Service Description

Travel to North Africa and experience Morocco's aromatic, colorful cuisine where spices tell stories and every dish awakens the senses. Kids will simmer fragrant Vegetable Tagine with warm spices like cinnamon and ginger, steam fluffy Couscous to perfection, and bake Moroccan Orange Cookies. Children will blend their own spice mixtures, learn about Morocco's legendary spice markets, and discover how this North African kingdom became the crossroads of Africa, Europe, and the Middle East through its incredible food traditions.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
