Service Description

This one-on-one virtual sound experience is designed to recalibrate your energy through intentional sound and vibrational resonance. Using sacred geometry as my guide, I intuitively select patterns based on what feels like is being called in to support grounding, expansion, and release. Working with gongs, I draw these patterns through sound, allowing deep waves of resonance to help settle the body, soften the mind, and invite shifts. Many people experience deep rest, insight, and a sense of realignment by the end of the session. You'll receive: - A recording of your session to revist anytime -A personalized written reflection outlining the patterns used and their energetic meaning - A custom integration ritual to help carry the experience into your daily life Please note: Sunday dates are shown for booking requests. Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
