The Family Table Reset
Reset the Table. Create Connection.
A 4-month virtual program to feel confident, feel calm, and feel connected at the table.
Includes 4 group sessions plus a private 1-on-1 with you
Take Your Role Back
Stop being a short-order cook. Learn the framework that puts you back in charge of what's on the table - with confidence, not control.
End Mealtime Battles
No more negotiations over what's for dinner. Create calm at the table. You control what's on the table, they control what goes on their plate.
Bring Your Family Together
Turn mealtimes into connection instead of chaos. Build the ritual that actually gets everyone at the table - together.

What's Included
4 Monthly Group Sessions — One hour each, virtual, small group. Live teaching, real conversation, and recipes that work within the framework. Sessions are recorded if you can't make it live.
Month 1 — The One-Meal Framework — You control what's on the table. They control what goes on their plate. That one shift changes everything.
Month 2 — The Exposure Strategy — Why kids eat the way they do and how to introduce new foods without a single battle.
Month 3 — The Buy-In Method — What happens when kids have a real stake in the meal. This is where the table starts to feel different.
Month 4 — The Legacy Session — The session participants consistently call their favorite. What your kids will remember, what you're building right now, and the beginning of something you'll give them someday.
1 Private 1:1 Session — One hour, just you and Melanie. Your specific kids, your specific table, your specific challenges. Scheduled anytime during the program.
The Family Recipe Book Project — A guided framework for capturing your family's recipes, the stories behind them, and the memories attached to them. Something your kids will hold onto long after they leave your kitchen.
