Sound Baths

Rest. Receive. Restore.

Sound you can feel

Deep tones from gongs, bowls, and chimes move through your whole body, releasing tension, calming your mind, and creating space for clarity and deep rest.

Finally Exhale

Just as food nourishes the body, sound nourishes what’s beneath it all: your nervous system. These sessions give you permission to soften, slow down, and actually feel replenished.

Just Be

No experience needed, no goal required. Whether you’re craving calm, seeking clarity, or simply needing a pause, these sessions meet you exactly where you are.

Private Sound Baths

A one-on-one sound bath designed around your energy and your needs.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is an immersive experience where gongs, bowls, and chimes create vibrations that move through your whole body. You get comfortable - lying down, sitting, however feels right - and the sound does the work. Your nervous system responds. Tension releases. Your mind quiets.

What's the difference between a sound bath and a gong bath?

A gong bath uses primarily gongs for deep, full-body vibration. A sound bath may include gongs along with singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. Both work with sound as a physical force, not just something you hear.

Private sessions are shaped around what you bring that day. Some people fall asleep. Some cry. Some just finally exhale. There's no goal except to receive.

What NOT to do after a sound bath?

Don't rush back into demands. The vibrations continue working for hours. Give yourself time to transition. Drink water. Move slowly.

No meditation experience needed. You don't have to "do" anything.
