Celebrate spring’s vibrant bounty in this hands-on cooking class that embraces sustainability and creativity. Root to Bloom is all about making the most of every part of an ingredient—from root to stem, leaf, and bloom—transforming seasonal produce into delicious dishes while reducing waste. Together, we’ll explore how to cook with intention, honor the ingredients, and create something extraordinary from what’s often overlooked. This is a journey into mindful, resourceful cooking. You’ll learn techniques for using every part of the vegetable, tips for storing and preserving produce, and recipes that inspire confidence and creativity in your kitchen. We’ll prepare and enjoy a vibrant meal together, highlighting spring’s freshest flavors and the art of thoughtful, sustainable cooking.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
