Service Description
The Kvarner Coast hugs the northern Adriatic - a place where Italian influence meets Slavic tradition and the sea defines everything on the plate. The food here is clean, simple and deeply ingredient-driven. Young chefs will hand-roll fuži, the region's signature pasta, and toss it in a wild mushroom sauce that smells like the forest floor after rain. We'll simmer brodet, the fisherman's stew that has fed Croatian coastal families for centuries - bright with tomato. We finish with rozata, Croatia's silky custard dessert, a reminder that the best endings are always the simplest ones. On the menu: • Fuži with wild mushroom sauce • Brodet • Rozata

Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
