Service Description
Dal that simmers low and slow. Roti that puffs on a hot pan. And one moment - when whole spices hit hot ghee - that will change the way you think about flavor forever. Punjab sits across the border of India and Pakistan, and its food is generous, bold, and deeply rooted in technique. Young chefs will roll and cook roti by hand, build a rich dal from scratch, and master tadka - the ancient art of blooming spices in ghee that has anchored South Asian cooking for centuries. We'll round it out with chicken tikka straight from the oven and kheer, a fragrant cardamom and rose rice pudding that sets while we cook. On the menu: • Roti • Dal tadka • Chicken tikka • Kheer

Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
