Service Description
Most people know they should meditate. Few know where to start - or how to stay with it. The Meditation Lab is a nine-month guided journey through nine distinct mindfulness practices - Breath, Body Awareness, Cooking as Meditation, Loving Kindness, Sound and Vibration, Mantra, Walking and Movement, Visualization, and Journaling. We meet once a month, September through May, on the third Monday evening. Every session includes a guided practice, micro practices to build your own personal toolkit you can use for a lifetime , open Q&A, reflection, and human connection. You won't just learn to meditate. You'll find the practice that actually works for you - and build a relationship with it that lasts. Come with curiosity. Leave with clarity.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Transfers: All registrations are non-refundable and sales are final. A full refund will be issued only if NourishandGather/Gather Culinary cancels your course. Registration transfers to another person are permitted with at least 24 hours notice - simply email us at Melanie@nourishandgather.co with their details. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.
